Our Sunday Morning Service begins at 10:00 a.m.
Come as you are and as you like. We enjoy dressing down AND dressing up. We like contemporary praise songs AND olde time hymns. We don't judge personal preferences and personal taste. We know that styles are different, musical tastes vary, and worship is BOTH personal and corporate.
OUR MINISTRY AND SERVICES
- Sunday Morning Service: 10 to 11:30 a.m.
- We have an integrated church service: Children stay with adults in our church service
- Prayer Ministry: Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Prison Ministry: four ten-week Restorative Justice workshops year round (winter, summer, spring, fall).
- Angel Tree Chrismas Project: This is a Prison Fellowship program that provides a pathway for incarcerated parents to restore and strengthen relationshiops with their children and families. Volunteers from our church give Christmas gifts and the Good News of God's love to children in the name of mothers and fathers behind bars.
We are a small congregation. Our average attendance at this time is around thirty. Because of this it is fairly easy to GET IN AND GET INVOLVED. We have a lot of potential for ministry in areas such as worship, children, home Bible study groups, etc. Remember, ask not what the church can do for you, rather ask what you can do for Christ in His church.
YOU are the Gift!
To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. To one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the interpretation of tongues. All these are activated by one and the same Spirit, who allots to each one individually just as the Spirit chooses. (1 Corinthians 12:7-11)
